ORDERING

To place an order:

  • You must be over 19 years or older

At MOC, we know that discretion is important. All packages are vacuum sealed and placed in blank packaging. Your products are taken care of for freshness and bubble wrap for maximum protection. We use generic prepaid Canada Post Xpresspost envelopes to package your products and ensure there is no writing that would identify or advertise the contents.

Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped. Email us at [email protected] or via LiveChat and we will confirm the cancellation. Then place your new order.

Your order will ship same-day if received before 10:00am PST, after your payment has been received and confirmed. All orders and payment received by 6:00pm will be shipped the next business day. We only ship within Canada.

Yes, we have a customer representative available that you can communicate with by email or chat. Our hours of operation are from 7:00am to 7:00pm PST and we can usually respond immediately or within an hour or two of your request.

PAYMENT

All orders over $100 are shipped free of charge with Xpress Post (2-3 Days). For orders under $100 there is a $20.00 shipping charge also for Xpress Post.

We Charge GST at Checkout.

We accept Interac E-transfer payments through an online bank or credit union. As well as Bitcoin.
Once payment has been received we will send you an email confirming receipt of your payment.

SHIPPING

We email you the tracking number before the package is scanned by Canada Post. The correct tracking number should show up within 4-24 hours.

Typically there are two possible scenarios that could have occurred:

  • The postal worker delivered to the wrong mailbox due to an incorrect address or human error.
  • The most common challenge is the postal worker will scan all of his packages saying they were “successfully delivered” and then spend the next day or two delivering them. If you did not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date please contact us and we will start a trace.
